How to Return or Exchange an Item
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. While we are confident you will enjoy all of our coffees, if you are unsatisfied with the coffee you have received, we are more than happy to send you another selection. Your coffee must be in its original packaging to be exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your purchase. The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Coffee items may not be returned for a refund and will be exchanged with another selection of equal value. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
